I do not intend to get too political on this blog (though it may be difficult as the presidential race continues), however I want to make a point about the things I have seen thus far.
Below are some posts I have seen on Facebook that are simply embarrassing. To a certain point I just laugh them off, but it’s really getting absurd. If you’re going to make an argument against one party or one belief or another, at least make it valid. At least understand the concepts involved. And please, for the love of God, use spellcheck.
Honestly, if you’re going to make an absurd claim, the least you can do is spell ‘socialist’ correctly.

At least get your math right. Percentages and multiplication are two very different things.
Okay, that’s all I have for now. This is just getting upsetting.
And yes, I know that the democratic party makes some poor points as well. Each party does it and each party looks ignorant for it. If you’re going to make a point against a candidate or belief, do your research. These posts don’t make Obama or Bernie Sanders or gay people look bad. It makes the person who posted look bad. Just because you don’t like Obamacare or gay marriage or the democratic or republican party in general, does not mean you should propagate outlandish material. Be smart. I know you all can come up with some real arguments, so stop being lazy and do it. Make this race more interesting by laying out some solid arguments about why I or anyone else should or should not vote for your favorite candidate.
And finally, a little different, but here is one of my personal favorites:
